Is breakfast included in your room rates?
We do not provide breakfast but each apartment has a full kitchen with appliances and kitchenware. We provide always a basic salt, oil, vinegar, sugar and coffee. Just Around the corner there is a supermarket where you can find everything you need.
Are taxes included in your room rates?
Yes, 10% service tax is included in our rates! This does not include the City Ttax of 1,00 Euro per person per day (maximum 3 days). Children up to 16 years do not pay.
Are there reductions for children?
All children are welcome. One child under 3 years stays free of charge when using existing beds. One further child under 3 years stays free of charge in a child's cot/crib. The maximum number of children's cots/cribs in a room is 1.
Are pets welcome?
Pets are welcome in our Residence. We ask you to tell us in advance number and size of your animals (max. 3) and to respect there easy rules: - In common areas pets must be kept on a leash. - Pets must never be left alone in the apartment and the owners will accept the full responsability for any possible damage caused by the animal. For any pet will be applied a supplement of €5,00/night because of the supplementary cleanings.
How do your rates change?
It depending on the season for sure, but also on the availability and the kind of request we have on a certain date!

What forms of payment are accepted to pay for reservation?
We accept all major credit cards. When you check in to the Residence, we will hold the full room and tax total. We accept payment by cash. We do not accept checks

Check-in is from 14:00 to 20:00, the communication of an estimated time of arrival is very welcome: We prepare your reception, parking immediately available, the room cleaning and the optimal temperature in the room

I can not find "Quarto d'Altino - Via Pascoli, 2" on my navigator, why?
It is a problem for some navigation system. Enter an alternative "Via Moro, 210".
The Residence Venice is located in Via Giovanni Pascoli, 2 in the middle between the "Anni Azzurri" (home for the elderly) and the "Best Western Hotel" (the same parking)

Is it allowed to go out and come in the residence at any time during your stay?
Yes it is. At check-in we deliver your apartment and main door keys. At the reception, however, access control is provided.
Is smoking allowed?
No it isn't. No smokers in the whole aparthotel. You can only smoke in the terrace in your apartment (plese keep closed the door)
Is the apartment daily cleaned?
Weekly apartment cleaning, linen and towels change is included in your reservation. On request extra cleaning and linen and towels for a fee
Is there air conditioning / heating?
Yes there is. All apartments are provided by autonomous air conditioning or heating.
Do you provide linen and towels?
Yes we do. Linen for beds an 2 towels each guest
How many people can stay in an apartment?
On Luxury or Family apartments can saty max 6 people. You can choose your right solution on booking engine.
Are towels and linen daily changed?
No they aren't. On request we change linen and towels for a fee
